Massage for Pascoe Vale Locals
A short hop down Pascoe Vale Road to a calmer back, neck and shoulders.
If you live around Cumberland Road, Coonans Hill Park or anywhere along the Pascoe Vale stretch of Bell Street, our Moonee Ponds clinic is about four kilometres south — a quick run down Pascoe Vale Road, or a few stops on the Craigieburn line from Pascoe Vale Station.
eWellbeing has been treating north-west Melbourne for years. What makes us different from a standard remedial clinic is the blend: our therapists combine traditional Chinese acupressure with Western remedial techniques, so a session can move from deep meridian work into targeted trigger-point release without skipping a beat. It tends to suit the kind of bodies we see from Pascoe Vale — tradies carrying lower-back fatigue, parents knotted up between school runs, mortgage-belt professionals who finally booked something for themselves.
We're tucked into Shop 2/8 Eddy Street, a few minutes' walk from Moonee Ponds station and the Puckle Street precinct. Focused acupressure sessions start at $50 for 30 minutes, and we're open seven days, so it works around shift patterns and weekend errands.

What Pascoe Vale clients keep coming back for
Two traditions in one session
Our therapists train in both Chinese acupressure and Western remedial massage. That means we can address chi flow and meridian blockages while still doing the deep tissue work your physio would recognise — useful for stubborn lower-back and shoulder pain that hasn't shifted with one approach alone.
Easy run down Pascoe Vale Road
From Cumberland Road or the Bell Street end, it's roughly ten minutes by car outside peak. If you prefer the train, the Craigieburn line drops you at Moonee Ponds station and we're a five-minute walk from there — no parking hassle, no Puckle Street circling.
Open seven days, including later nights
Pascoe Vale residents often book in after work or on Sunday mornings before the week resets. We're open every day, until 7pm on Thursdays and Fridays — so you're not squeezing wellness into a Tuesday lunch break. Pick a time that actually suits the household.
Getting from Pascoe Vale to Eddy Street
The most common route is straight down Pascoe Vale Road — about 10 minutes off-peak from the Cumberland Road shops, slightly longer if you cross Bell Street at school pick-up. Free street parking is usually available in the side streets off Eddy and Hall Street.
By public transport, jump on the Craigieburn line at Pascoe Vale Station and ride four stops — Strathmore, Glenbervie and Essendon on the way, then Moonee Ponds. We're a five-minute walk from the station, around the corner from the Puckle Street precinct. The 59 tram also runs the length of Mt Alexander Road if you'd rather come via that route.

Common questions from Pascoe Vale clients
How long does it take to drive from Pascoe Vale to your clinic?
Around 10 minutes outside peak, straight down Pascoe Vale Road. From the Cumberland Road shops or Coonans Hill area, expect 8 to 12 minutes depending on the Bell Street lights. School pick-up time (around 3pm) and Friday evenings are the slower windows. If you're coming from the northern end near Gaffney Street, give yourself closer to 15 minutes.
What's the closest train station from Pascoe Vale, and how easy is it to walk from Moonee Ponds station?
Pascoe Vale Station on the Craigieburn line is your best bet. From there it's four quick stops to Moonee Ponds — Strathmore, Glenbervie and Essendon in between — then a five-minute walk to Shop 2/8 Eddy Street. The walk is flat, well-lit, and takes you past the Puckle Street precinct — easy with kids in a pram or after a long shift on your feet.
I'm a tradie and my lower back is wrecked — what do you recommend?
For tradies we usually suggest starting with a 60-minute Remedial Therapy session ($135), combining acupressure on the lumbar area with deep-tissue work on the glutes, hamstrings and quadratus lumborum. If you've got sciatic-style symptoms shooting down a leg, mention it when you book — our therapists use specific acupressure protocols for sciatic pain. Most clients come fortnightly during heavy work periods.
Can I claim my session on private health from your clinic?
Remedial massage is covered by most major Australian private health funds when your extras include it. We provide a tax invoice with the appropriate provider details after your appointment, and most clients claim in a couple of minutes through their fund's app. Check your level of extras and any remaining annual limits with your fund if you're unsure.
