Remedial Massage Near Footscray
One train stop from Footscray Station to our Moonee Ponds clinic, just off Puckle Street.
Between Footscray Market on a Saturday morning, long shifts on your feet around Hopkins Street, and the constant lifting that comes with hospitality, retail and warehouse work, it's no wonder so many Footscray locals walk into our clinic with locked-up shoulders and tight lower backs. We see it every week — the same patterns of tension from people who never quite get a chance to slow down.
eWellbeing is based at Shop 2/8 Eddy Street in Moonee Ponds, one stop up the Sunbury line from Footscray Station and a short walk from the Moonee Ponds end. Our therapists blend traditional Chinese acupressure with Western remedial techniques, which means we can work deep into chronic knots without it feeling like a punishment. It's a quieter style of bodywork — fewer gimmicks, more genuine release.
Whether you've been studying long hours at VU Footscray, raising kids around Footscray Park, or just trying to recover from a back that's been complaining since last winter, we'll tailor the session to what your body actually needs that day.

Why Footscray clients keep coming back
One stop on the train
Hop on the Sunbury line at Footscray Station and you're at Moonee Ponds in under ten minutes. Easier than crossing town for a CBD clinic, and a lot cheaper than the carpark.
Two traditions, one session
Our therapists trained in both Chinese acupressure and remedial massage, so we can address an old footy injury and the meridian-line tension behind it in the same hour. Most clinics only do one or the other.
Open seven days
Including evenings and weekends — useful for hospitality and retail workers around Hopkins Street who can't make a Tuesday afternoon appointment. We try to keep a same-week slot open for genuine pain cases.
Coming from Footscray
The fastest route is the train: Sunbury line from Footscray Station, one stop to Moonee Ponds Station, then a five-minute walk down Puckle Street to Eddy Street. The whole trip is usually 15–20 minutes door to door. If you'd rather drive, head north on Hopkins Street, cross the river via Ballarat Road or Footscray Road, then up Mt Alexander Road — allow 15 minutes outside peak, longer if you're hitting the Footscray Road truck traffic.
There's free two-hour street parking on Eddy Street and the side streets off Puckle. If you're parking, give yourself ten extra minutes on Saturday mornings when the Puckle Street precinct gets busy. Ready to book? Give us a call on (03) 9317 5656 or book online.

Common questions from Footscray clients
What's the easiest way to get to eWellbeing from Footscray?
The Sunbury line from Footscray Station to Moonee Ponds Station is the fastest route — one stop, usually under ten minutes on the train. From the Moonee Ponds end it's about a five-minute walk via Puckle Street to our clinic at Shop 2/8 Eddy Street. Most Footscray clients tell us it's quicker than driving across the river, especially in peak hour.
Is there parking if I drive over from Footscray?
Yes — Eddy Street has free two-hour parking right outside, and the side streets off Puckle Street usually have spots too. Avoid Saturday late mornings if you can, as the Puckle Street precinct fills up with market and cafe traffic. We're happy to suggest the quieter side streets if you call ahead.
Do you have appointments after work or on weekends?
We're open seven days, including evenings, which suits people working hospitality or retail shifts around Hopkins Street and Footscray Market. Saturday and Sunday slots book out fastest — usually a week ahead — so it's worth booking your next session before you leave the clinic if you're a regular.
I work long shifts on my feet — what do you recommend?
For people on their feet all day, we'd usually suggest starting with a 60-minute remedial session focused on lower back, calves and feet, with some acupressure work through the legs to clear stagnation. If you've got specific pain (plantar, sciatic, locked hips), mention it when you book so we can put you with the right therapist.
