Your Moonee Ponds Massage Clinic
Tucked just off Puckle Street on Eddy Street, three minutes from the station — open 7 days.
eWellbeing isn't a clinic that serves Moonee Ponds from somewhere else — we're in Moonee Ponds. You'll find us at Shop 2/8 Eddy Street, a short walk from the train station, the Puckle Street precinct and Moonee Ponds Central. Most of our clients are locals: families dropping in between school runs and Queens Park visits, professionals stretching out a desk-bound week before catching the train home, and Puckle Street shop staff who slip in on a break.
Our work blends Traditional Chinese acupressure with Western remedial techniques — a combination that tends to surprise first-timers. Acupressure addresses the meridian lines and pressure points behind chronic tension, while remedial work releases the specific muscles giving you grief. You can have both in a single session, or stick with whichever suits your body that day.
We're open seven days, so a Sunday afternoon recovery massage after a long week is as easy as a weekday lunch break. Pregnancy massage, hot stone, Lomi Lomi, reflexology and cupping are all available — just ask when you book.

Why locals walk through our door
We're properly local
Eddy Street isn't a parking-lot strip mall — it's a quiet side street off Puckle, three minutes from the station. You can walk in straight off the train, after a coffee at one of the Puckle Street cafes, or after picking up groceries at Moonee Ponds Central.
Chinese acupressure meets remedial
Most Moonee Ponds massage places do one or the other. We blend both inside a single session. If you've had Western remedial that didn't quite reach the deep pattern of tension, the acupressure layer often does — and vice versa for people who've only tried gentle relaxation work.
Open seven days, real bookings
Late opening through the week and Saturday/Sunday availability. Online booking shows the real diary, and same-day appointments are common, especially mornings. We do not run the chaotic walk-in-only model — your time gets held.

Common questions from Moonee Ponds clients
Where exactly is the clinic in Moonee Ponds?
We're at Shop 2/8 Eddy Street, on a quiet side street running off Hall Street between Puckle Street and Mt Alexander Road. From the train station it's a three-to-four minute walk: exit toward Puckle, cross to Hall Street, and Eddy Street is the second turn. Look for the eWellbeing sign at shop 2.
Can I walk in from Puckle Street?
Yes — Eddy Street is essentially a two-minute walk off Puckle. Many of our regulars combine an appointment with coffee or shopping in the precinct. We do recommend booking ahead though, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome if we have a slot free, but the diary fills fast on Saturday mornings and after 5pm weekdays.
Where can I park?
Eddy Street and Hall Street usually have free 2-hour street parking, which suits a standard 60-minute appointment well. For longer sessions or peak Puckle Street shopping hours, Moonee Ponds Central has paid undercover parking with the first hour free — it's a two-minute walk and the easiest option on Saturdays.
Do you take HICAPS or health fund rebates on remedial massage?
Yes — we have HICAPS on-site, so eligible health fund rebates for remedial massage can be claimed at the time of payment. You'll just need your physical health fund card. Coverage depends on your level of extras, so it's worth checking with your insurer if you're unsure.
